About AHK Malaysia (Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry)

AHK Malaysia, or locally known as Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MGCC) was established as an official bilateral Chamber in 1991 (being the successor of the Delegate office of DIHK, founded in 1986).

It is a membership-based service organisation committed to provide services to Malaysian and German companies with the aim to promote bilateral economic relations.

Today AHK Malaysia has more than 400 Malaysian and German member companies who consider the Chamber a dynamic platform to exchange information, and, of course, to make business.

The Chamber offers a wide range of services under the brandname DEinternational including investment promotion, business-to-business matching, participation at and visits to trade fairs, seminars & workshops, and is an important interlocutor for the Malaysian and German governments on trade and investments issues.

Keeping up its vision of being consistently the No. 1 reliable partner for both Malaysian and German companies, AHK Malaysia continuously works on improving and adapting our tailor-made services and solutions to the individual needs of our customers.

About MGCC’s Blog

The MGCC Blog was created in line with MGCC’s vision to/(connect  you with the Malaysian-German business community)continuously build bridges between the German and Malaysian business community. The blog is an information portal for our members, as well as for those wanting to know the on-goings of the Chamber. We hope to provide an insight as to how we work and hope that our “little stories” connects your with the Malaysian-German business community.
